Insulating cover, Can Capacitor – 400 Receiver

Description

Many models have a can capacitor where the metal body of the can has a 200 volt (or more) potential with respect to the chassis.  To avoid users getting a strong shock if they touch it, the can itself is insulated from the chassis by a phenolic wafer, and covered in a cardboard can.  For whatever reason these go missing.  Item pictured is from a 400 Stereo Receiver, but suitable for use on many models if you don’t mind the ratings on the cardboard cover not matching the can it covers.  I have a very limited supply of these,and condition may vary.  Contact us if you want to order one and we’ll show you what we have on hand.
